Project Details
This multi-family property had some unwelcome visitors, animals had chewed their way through part of the roof, leaving a hole big enough to cause trouble. The shingles around the area were still in decent shape, so we focused on fixing up the damaged spot. We repaired the structure, patched the hole, and made sure everything was sealed up tight to keep critters from coming back. Now the roof is solid again, and the building is ready for whatever comes next!
